Inspire House reserves the right to update these terms at any time. Continued use of the Site after changes are posted constitutes your acceptance of the revised terms.

You may browse, view, and download content from the Site for personal, non-commercial reference. You agree to use the Site only for lawful purposes and in a way that does not infringe on the rights of others or restrict their use of the Site.

Nothing on this Site grants you any right or license to use any Inspire House mark, design, or content for commercial purposes without prior written consent.

When you submit information through our contact form, brief form, careers page, or any other channel, you confirm that the information is accurate and that you have the right to share it.

By submitting a project brief or inquiry, you grant Inspire House a limited right to use the information for the purpose of responding to your request and, where relevant, scoping or delivering a proposed engagement.

Any paid work undertaken by Inspire House is governed by a separate written agreement (Statement of Work, project contract, or service agreement) signed by both parties. These Terms of Use govern the Site only, not specific client engagements.

Where these Terms conflict with a signed engagement agreement, the engagement agreement takes precedence for the work it covers.

The Site may contain links to third-party websites or services. These are provided for convenience only — we do not control them and are not responsible for their content, accuracy, or practices. Visiting linked sites is at your own risk.

The Site is provided “as is” and “as available.” While we work to keep content accurate and up to date, we do not warrant that the Site will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free of harmful components.

Information presented on the Site — including portfolio case studies, results, and team biographies — is provided for general information. It does not constitute legal, financial, or professional advice.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Inspire House and its team are not liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the Site, even if we have been advised of the possibility of such damages.

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Arab Republic of Egypt. Any disputes arising from or relating to the Site or these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Cairo, Egypt.
